I have been wanted to raise this up long time ago, and finally I did it.
We always talk the most during this moment, this timing
as soon as I decided...
I realise the things that we own that it seem not important, the moment we lose it,
we found that it's actually very important to us.

I felt so much regret right after that, and I tested you ...
it seem everything has just ended ...
you are firm and cold to me
am I doing the wrong decision again?
Why, why didn't you want me to stay, but just let me go ...

This time i felt much more terrible, i felt like it's the end of the world ...
How should I move on ...

2010 年尾开始打球还有一连串的节目

开始享受，不断的吃，喝，玩，乐。。。

3个月后

体重暴增到51kg ><"

原本还不以为意，可是种种的问题都出现了。

被下令减肥。。。

这次真的领略到减肥是件很难很难的事情 !!!

虽然没有很积极，不过还是有努力。。。

改变了些生活习惯。。。坚持下去

。

。

6个月后

。

。

。

终于回到了 45kg

3个月内增加的重量，用了双倍的时间去减回来。

无论如何一定要keep住，不可以让体重有增加的迹象。

RM11.90 for 2 Bento Sets: (Chicken/Fish)+ Rice + Salad + Miso Soup + Fruit + Bottomless Green Tea at Kushi Q @ Tropicana City Mall

the most tasteless bento i ever had

- choice of fish and chicken, i would say it's fish cake rather than from the real fish meat

- normal rice instead of japanese rice

- green tea without green tea taste but only green color

- salad with the weird salad source.

conclusion: do not try. and it doesn't worth with rm11.90 for 2 sets bento.
